David Gintz - Manager and Director at Cedar and Sage Homes

As a student of finance at the University of Arizona in Tucson, David Gintz excelled academically and made the dean’s list. After earning his bachelor of arts in finance, he embarked on a career in real estate development and investment. David Gintz settled in the Pacific Northwest, where he spearheaded finance and acquisitions operations for a number of companies.

Until recently, Mr. Gintz worked in the state of Washington, where he served leadership roles with the Metropolitan Development Group in Tacoma, Jenning Development in Gig Harbor, and NW Roots Construction in Cle Elum. He also led Tacoma’s Gintz Group for 4 years as its chief executive officer and director of acquisitions and finance.

Since 2019, David Gintz has served as manager and director of acquisitions and finance for Cedar and Sage Homes in Eagle, Idaho. When he isn’t working, he enjoys getting outside to hike and mountain bike. He is also an avid snowboarder.
